摘　　要：首先利用Poincare-Bohl定理给出择一性定理,然后用该定理证明非线性互补问题解的存在性,并获得互补问题有解的充分条件。An alternative theorem is proposed by using Poincare‐Bohl theorem to prove the existence of the solution of some nonlinear complementarity problems and obtain the sufficient conditions this kinds of problem .
