摘 要:基于AC-13连续型密级配,分别就掺加橡胶颗粒量(质量分数)为1%-3%的沥青混合料在冻融循环条件下耐久性进行室内试验研究,并应用灰色系统理论中GM(1,1)模型预测冻融循环条件下橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的耐久性。试验结果表明:随着冻融循环次数的增加,沥青混合料的抗劈裂抗拉强度逐步降低,空隙率逐步变大。橡胶颗粒的掺加在一定程度上降低了沥青混合料的劈裂抗拉强度,2%掺量下的橡胶颗粒沥青混合料劈裂强度比最优。GM(1,1)模型预测的短期数据与实测数据吻合度较好,试验数据表明:该理论模型可靠性满足基于冻融循环条件下的沥青混合料的耐久性需求。Based on the typed AC-13 dense graded aggregate,the durability of asphalt mixture mixed with rubber particles at range of 1% ~ 3% mass fraction under the condition of freeze-thaw cycle was researched by laboratory test. And GM( 1,1) model in grey system theory was established to predict the durability of rubber particle asphalt mixture. The results show that the splitting tensile strength decreases and voidage increases with the increase of freezing and thawing cycles. Splitting tensile strength of asphalt mixture is reduced to some extent when rubber particles are added to aggregate. The tensile strength ratio is best when rubber particles content attains 2%. The GM( 1,1) model short-term forecast data agree well with the experimental data. The grey system theory meets the requirements of the durability prediction of rubber particle under asphalt mixture freeze-thaw cycle conditions.
