返乡农民工的角色认知选择与生存走向

摘　　要：面对新的居住状况、新的社会交往网络和新的业缘关系,返乡农民工的角色认知表现出模糊性,其角色选择呈现出多样性。要引导返乡农民工的思想观念由"应然受动"转向"自主自立",尽快完成角色认知选择。针对返乡农民工的不同状况,其现实身份须由"传统农民"转向"新式农民"、由"打工者"转向"创业者"、由"农民工"转向"准市民"。Faced with new residential situations, new social networks and new business relationships, role recognition of returning migrant workers is vague, and the selection of roles is diversified. Therefore, it is necessary to guide them to accept the change of roles positively and independently, so as to help them recognize new roles timely. Considering diversities of them, their new identities should transform from traditional farmers into new farmers, from employees to en- trepreneurs, and from migrant workers to new citizens.
