摘 要:废旧产品不可再造率是影响闭环供应链运作的重要因素之一。将不可再造率引入闭环供应链收益共享-费用共担契约中,视不可再造率和契约参数为梯形模糊数,运用梯级平均积分和函数原理构建了一个考虑废旧产品不可再造率的闭环供应链模糊收益共享-费用共担契约,并分析了其可行性。数值分析显示:不可再造率对收益共享-费用共担契约不同参数取值的影响程度不同;当不可再造率难以精确确定时,构建模糊收益共享-费用共担契约是一种有效的方法。The non-remanufacturing rate of used products is one of the important factors which affect the operation of closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) . Under the conditions that the non-remanufacturing rate is incorporated into revenue and cost sharing contract of CLSC and the non-remanufacturing rate as well as contract parameters are regarded as graded fuzzy numbers, this paper constructs a fuzzy revenue and cost sharing contract of CLSC considering the non-remanufacturing rate of used products by making use of graded mean integration representation and function principle. It also analyzes the feasibility of the contract. The numerical analysis shows that the impacts of non-remanufacturing rate on the values of parameters are different and building a fuzzy revenue and cost sharing contract is an effective way when the non-remanufacturing rate can not be measured accurately.
