企业社会资本对科技型小微企业成长的影响研究——以动态能力作为中介变量

摘　　要：当前,复杂变化的环境导致企业间竞争日趋激烈,企业如何获取竞争优势促进企业成长至关重要。对于科技型小微企业,"资源基础观"与"核心能力观"已不能很好地解释企业成长问题,动态能力才是企业建立持久竞争优势的关键,而企业社会资本又是企业发展的一种特殊资源和能力。文章通过采用调查问卷收集数据,利用SPSS19.0和AMOS17.0统计分析软件,运用结构方程模型(SEM)进行实证研究,结果表明,动态能力在企业社会资本与企业成长之间起到中介作用,企业社会资本有助于企业形成并提高动态能力,进而影响企业成长。研究结果为科技型小微企业成长提供了理论基础,对后续研究企业成长问题具有一定的参考价值。At present,the complicated dynamic environment leads to the fierce competition among enterprises,and how to gain competitive advantages and how to promote the growth of enterprises are vital.“Resource based view”and“core competence”have not been able to adequately explain the growth of science and technology small and micro businesses. Corporate social capital is regarded as a special resource and capability of enterprise development,and the dynamic capability is a key element to establish a lasting competitive advantage of enterprises. The paper,collecting data from the questionnaires, makes an empirical research by employing SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 statistical analysis software as well as structural equation model （SEM） . The results show that the dynamic capability plays a mediating role in the relationship between corporate social capital and enterprise growth. And corporate social capital can help enterprises form and improve the dynamic capability , which affects enterprises growth. The research findings provide a theoretical foundation for science and technology small and micro businesses growth,which has the reference value to further research of enterprise growth.
