摘 要:在铝箔冷轧的板厚控制中,传统轧制过程中铝箔在线厚度的测量大多使用单片机系统或PLC来完成,但前者集成度不高,稳定性也不好,后者成本较高。根据现场轧机具体情况及要求选用了基于ARM内核的STM32芯片设计了厚度在线检测系统,且支持以太网通信,使主控系统对板厚的实时监控成为可能。同时提出一种改进的PID控制算法用于板厚自动控制策略中,最后讨论了在佛山某铝业公司1450 mm冷轧机上的实际使用效果。During aluminum foil’ s thickness auto controlling,traditional methods mostly selected MCU system or PLC in aluminum foil’s thickness measurement.But by taking MCU system,the integration and stability were low,and selecting PLC,the cost was high.On account of the field situation,STM32 which was based on ARM cortex-M3 was selected to design the thickness online measurement system which supports ethernet communication,making principle controller’s real-time control possible.At the same time,an improved PID control algorithm in automatic gauge control was proposed,and the actual using effect on 1450 mm cold rolling machine in a aluminum producing enterprise which is in FoShan city was discussed.
