摘  要:目的探讨免疫组化指标Ki67、VEGF、p53与C-erb B-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达与意义。方法将本院2012年4月-2014年4月收治的70例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,术后取病理组织,采用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织中Ki67、VEGF、p53与C-erb B-2的表达水平,分析其与乳腺癌病理因素的相关性。结果 Ki67在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率最高(75.71%),其次为C-erb B-2(67.14%);腺癌组织Ki67表达水平与乳腺癌患者肿瘤分期有显著相关性,癌症分期越高,乳腺组织Ki67阳性率越高,C-erb B-2表达阳性率与乳腺癌患者年龄相关,年龄越轻者,乳腺C-erb B-2阳性率越高,p53与VEFG阳性率与患者年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤分期均未体现明显相关性。结论乳腺癌患者乳腺组织中Ki67表达的阳性率与癌症分期呈正相关,C-erb B-2的表达水平与患者年龄有密切联系,且Ki67阳性表达与C-erb B-2及p53表达呈正相关,可将Ki67指标作为评估乳腺癌患者病情进展的重要标志。Objective To explore the expressions and significance of immunohistochemical indexes including Ki67, VEGF,p53 and C-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissue. Methods 70 patients with breast cancer admitted into our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as research objects. Pathological tissue was taken after surgery and ex-pression levels of Ki67,VEGF,p53 and C-erbB-2 in breast cancer tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method and correlations of pathological factors in breast cancer were analyzed. Results The highest positive expression rate in breast cancer tissue was Ki67 accounting for 75.71%,and then C-erbB-2 for 67.14%.Expression level of Ki67 had an obvious correlation with neoplasm staging in breast cancer patients. The higher cancer staging was,the higher positive rate of Ki67 became in mammary tissue,expression of C-erbB-2 positive rate of breast cancer patients related to age,the younger,breast C-erbB-2 positive rate was higher,p53 and positive rate of VEFG had no embodied obvious correlation with patient age,tumor size,tumor staging. Conclusion Positive rate of Ki67 expression in mammary tissue in breast cancer patients has a positive correlation with cancer staging. C-erbB-2 expression level has a close relation with the age of patient. The positive expression of Ki67 is positively correlated with the expression of C-erbB-2 and p53,and the Ki67 can be used as an important marker for evaluating the progression of breast cancer.
