普拉洛芬滴眼液在白内障患者术后炎症中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液在白内障术后炎症中的应用效果,为白内障术后炎症患者的治疗提供可靠依据。方法选取2012年11月-2014年11月本院收治的170例（196只眼）行白内障手术的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组、观察组,每组85例（98只眼）。观察组在术后采用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,对照组采用氟米龙滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者用药后不同时期的眼部症状、体征积分,前房闪辉值及黄斑中心凹厚度等。结果观察组患者术后1、2、4周的眼部症状、体征积分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者术后1、2、4周的前房闪辉值、黄斑中心凹厚度均小于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗白内障术后炎症的效果显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of pranoprofen eye drop in postoperative inflammation for pa-tients with cataract to provide reliable evidence for the treatment of postoperative inflammation of cataract. Methods 170 cases （196 eyes） received cataract operation treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were selected as study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and there were 85 cases （98 eyes） in each group.Observation group was given pranoprofen eye drop,while control group was given fluo-rometholone eye drop.Eye symptom and sign integration, anterior chamber flare value and central foveal thickness and so on of patients between two groups after medication was compared respectively. Results Eye symptom and sign inte-gration of patients in observation group after 1,2 and 4 weeks operation was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）;anterior chamber flare value and central foveal thickness of patients in observation group after 1,2 and 4 weeks opera-tion was smaller than that of control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pranoprofen eye drop has good curative effect on treating postoperative inflammation of cataract and can improve significantly improve clinical symptoms of pa-tients.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
