临床护理路径标准化管理模式对精神分裂症患者临床症状改善情况及护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究精神分裂症患者开展临床护理路径标准化管理模式对其临床症状改善及护理质量的影响。方法选取本院于2012年6月-2013年5月收治的136例精神分裂症患者,设为对照组,给予常规护理;选取本院精神科于2013年6月-2014年5月收治的152例精神分裂症患者,设为研究组,实施临床护理路径标准化管理模式。记录并比较两组患者干预前及干预后第2个月末的Barthel指数、NOISE评分及各项护理质量指标合格率。结果两组干预前Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后,研究组Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组干预前的积极因素及消极因素评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预后,研究组积极因素得分高于对照组（P〈0.05）,消极因素得分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。研究组在基础护理合格率、特级护理合格率、护理措施落实率、健康教育覆盖率及健康教育有效率方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论精神分裂症患者实施临床护理路径标准化管理模式,有利于提高医疗护理水平,并能改善患者预后情况,提高生活质量,取得较为满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the effect of schizophrenia patients in the standard management of clinical nursing path on the improvement of clinical symptoms and the quality of nursing care. Methods 136 Schizophrenia in department psychiatric mental of our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013 were selected,set as control group,and were given routine nursing care;152 schizophrenia in department psychiatric mental of our hospital from June 2013 to May 2014 were selected,set as study group,and were provided clinical nursing path standard management model.The Barthel index,nursing quality index score and qualification rate of NOISE between two groups was recorded respectively. Results Before intervention,the Barthel index between two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;After intervention,the Barthel index of study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After intervention,the positive factors score of study group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）,negative factors score of study group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Qualified rate in basic nursing, special nursing care,nursing measures to implement the rate of qualified rate,coverage rate of health education and health education efficiency of study group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Schizophrenia standard management of clinical nursing path pattern is beneficial to improve the medical care level,and can improve the prognosis of patients,improve the quality of life,obtain satisfactory clinical effect.
