业余少儿体操训练三角形管理模式的实验研究

摘　　要：运用实验方法 ,提出并验证了三角形管理模式在业余少儿体操训练中的积极作用 .实验表明 ,在业余少儿体操训练过程中运用三角形模式进行管理 ,可以有效提高训练效果 ,有利于运动员再次选材 ,促进少儿健康地发展 .Based on the experimental approach, a triangular management pattern is firstly put forward and then verifies its positive effects in the children's amateur gymnastic training are verified. The experiment reveals that using the triangular management pattern in the coures of children's amteur gymnastic training can effectively enhance the training results, be helpful to choose the athletes and further make the Children develop healthily.
