摘　　要：目的探讨自体血清对眼化学腐蚀伤和热烧伤的治疗。方法对2007年3月—2014年8月该院收治的83例眼化学腐蚀伤和热烧伤的自体血清治疗效果的分析。结果该组83例经自体血清治疗后痊愈者78例(108眼)占94%,占伤眼的95.5%,基本治愈者4例(5眼)占4.8%,占伤眼的4.4%,好转1例。结论自体血清具有能促进创面迅速愈合,清除坏死组织,同时也能防止睑球粘连的形成。[Abstact]Objective Study of autologous serum eye treatament of chemical injury and thermal burns.Methods 83 cases of ocular chemical injury and thermal burns autologous serum treatment effect analysis.Results：This group of 83 cases after treatment with autologous serum recovered 78 cases（108eyes）Account for94%for the eyes95.5%,basic recovered 4 cases（5 eyes）account for4.8%for the eyes4.4%,improyementin 1 case.Conclusion：Autologous serum has can promote wound healing,quickly remove necrotic organization,at the same time also can prevent the formation of symbiepharon.
