博司捷联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血保守治疗患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(博司捷)联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血保守治疗患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2014年6月该院收治的脑出血保守治疗患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用神经保护剂博司捷;观察组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉;两组的疗程均为14 d。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)、日常生活活动能力指数(Barthel指数)和血清hs-CRP水平的变化,评价临床疗效。结果治疗前两组的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数及血清hs-CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数及血清hs-CRP水平均较治疗前明显改善,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为(90%vs72%),观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.846,P<0.05)。结论博司捷联合依达拉奉能明显减轻脑出血保守治疗患者炎性反应,改善神经功能和日常生活活动能力,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside joint edaravone for the treatment of Conservative treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Selected 100 cases of patients in our hospital from Jan-uary 2012- June 2014, divided into observation group and control group （n=50 ）, according to random number table method.The control group given nerve protectant GM - 1 treatment; The observation group given GM-1 joint edaravone treatment ;the course for 14d. Observe the nerve function defect score （NIHSS score）, daily life activities ability index （Barthel index） and serum hs-CRP level of two groups before and after the treatment , evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results The NIHSS score, Barthel index and serum hs - CRP level of the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance difference （P 〉 0.05）;After treatment, the NIHSS score, Barthel index and serum hs-CRP level of the two groups were obviously improved, the observation group was obvi-ously superior to the control group, the difference has statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The clinical total effective rate of the ob-servation group and the control group respectively was （90% vs72%）, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance （χ^2=2.846, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion GM - 1 joint edaravone can obviously alleviate the inflam-matory reaction,improve neural function and life quality of the patients the curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical populariza-tion and application.
