沈阳市2013年副溶血弧菌临床分离株的血清分型研究

摘　　要：目的了解2013年沈阳市副溶血弧菌临床分离株血清型分布。方法 2013年5—9月采集沈阳市食源性监测临床病例250份进行分离培养、生化鉴定,采用血清玻片凝集试验对67株分离株进行血清分型。结果 67株副溶血弧菌临床分离株可分为16个血清型,其中以O3:K6型为主,约占32.84%。结论 2013年沈阳市食源性监测副溶血弧菌临床分离株的血清型呈现多样性,O3:K6型是引起食物中毒的优势血清型。Objective To study the serotype distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated clinically in Shenyang in 2013. Methods 250 clinical cases with food-borne monitoring in Shengyang were collected from May to September 2013 for isolating, culturing and identifying biochemically. And slide serum agglutination test was used to detect the serotype of the isolated 67 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Results The 67 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated clinically could be classified into 16 serotypes, of which, the predominant serotype was O3：K6 （32.84%）. Conclusion The serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated clinically for food-borne monitoring in Shenyang in 2013 showed high diversity, and the predominant serotype O3：K6 could cause food poisoning.
