摘　　要：目的探讨分析泌尿系疾病CTU诊断价值。方法选取该院2014年1—11月间收治的60例泌尿系疾病患者,先行IVP检查再行CTU检查,与手术、病理结果对照,对两种检查方法的诊断准确率进行对比分析。结果 IVP检查诊断泌尿系疾病的准确率为70﹪(42/60),CTU检查诊断泌尿系疾病的准确率为100%(60/60),两种检查方法在诊断泌尿系疾病的准确率方面比较,CTU检查明显优于IVP检查,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 CTU对泌尿系疾病的诊断价值巨大,能够通过直观、清晰的影像观察全尿路情况,发现泌尿系疾病。Objective To investigate the value of CTU in the diagnosis of urinary diseases analysis. Methods Selected in our hos-pital from January to Norember in 2014 admitted 60 cases of patients with urinary system diseases, leading IVP to check again performed CTU, and operation, pathology, diagnosis of the two methods of inspection accuracy rate were analyzed. Results IVP ex-amination the accuracy in diagnosis of urinary diseases for 70 %（42/60）, CTU to check the accuracy in diagnosis of urinary dis-eases for 100 %（60/60）, two methods of examination in the diagnosis of urinary diseases accuracy comparison of CTU examination was better than IVP examination, P〈0.05 has a significant difference was statistically significant. Conclusion CTU diagnosis of uri-nary system diseases and of great value, can through the intuitive, clear image of the observation of the entire urinary tract, found that urinary diseases.
