摘  要:目的探讨几种桩核在患者牙体缺损中的临床应用效果。方法筛选该院口腔科收治的2011年3月—2012年6月210例年龄在19-67岁的牙体缺损患者并随机分为3组。第一组70例患者共138颗牙使用纯钛预成桩和树脂核进行修复,第二组70例患者共142颗牙使用钴铬合金铸造桩和树脂核进行修复,第三组70例患者共140颗牙使用玻璃纤维桩和树脂核修复。比较三组不同修复材料的临床疗效。结果在对所有患者进行治疗后为期一年的随访及复查后发现纯钛预成桩的成功率为90%,钴铬合金铸造桩的成功率为82%,玻璃纤维桩的成功率为96%,随访后对三种桩的修复效果通过统计学分析后有明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩的修复成功率高于纯钛预成桩和钴铬合金铸造桩,玻璃纤维桩的修复效果优于纯钛预成桩和钴铬合金铸造桩。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of several post and core patient dental defects. Methods Screening admit-ted to our hospital dentistry March 2011-2012 June 210 cases aged 19-67 years old dental defects patients were randomly divided into three groups. The first group of 70 patients a total of 138 teeth using titanium prefabricated post and resin core repair, and the second group of 70 patients a total of 142 teeth using a cobalt-chromium alloy cast post and resin core repair, the third group of 70 patients A total of 140 teeth using a glass fiber post and resin core repair. Comparison of the clinical efficacy of three different restorative materials. Results After a period of treatment for all patients found that after oneyear of follow-up and review the suc-cess of the pre-pile of titanium was 90%, cobalt-chromium alloy casting post success rate of 82% glass fiber pile success was 96% for repairing effect of three piles have follow-up by statistical analysis (P 〈0.05) after significant difference statistically sig-nificant. Conclusions fiberglass repair pile high success rate in the pre-pile titanium and cobalt-chromium alloy casting piles, piles fiberglass repair effect preformed better than titanium and cobalt-chromium alloy casting pile piles.
