摘　　要：目的分析研究腹腔镜直肠癌(TME)围手术期肠内营养支持的应用价值。方法随机选取2010年4月—2014年5月该院接诊的90例行腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象,并按照数字表法将其随机分为对照组(n=45)及观察组(n=45);对照组进行肠胃营养支持,观察组则进行肠内营养支持。结果观察组患者各项指标的对比结果均明显优于对照组,两组数据的对比结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌(TME)围手术期行肠内营养支持可显著改善患者的肠胃功能、降低不良反应以及并发症的发生几率,同时也提高了患者的康复速度,故具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze and study the application value of enteral nutrition support for laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery during the perioperative period. Methods 90 cases underwent laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery in our hospital from April 2010 to May 2014 were randomly selected as the subjects and divided into the control group（n=45） and the observation group（n=45） in accordance with the random number table. The control group were given the parenteral nutrition support, while the observation group were given the enteral nutrition support. Results The results of the indicators in the observation group were much better than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery, enteral nutrition support in the perioperative period is of clinical application value for it can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and complications and speedup the recovery of the patients.
