摘　　要：缺血性卒中发生后,大脑的血液主要由供血动脉以及侧支循环提供,然而供血动脉狭窄的程度以及侧支循环的开放情况是影响脑组织供血的主要因素,因此对缺血性卒中侧支循环的评估,有助于治疗方案的个性化选择和指导临床预后。我们从侧支循环的解剖结构、评估方法及临床意义等方面进行综述如下。after the occurrence of ischemic stroke, brain blood from blood supply arteries and supply and collateral circulation and blood supply artery stenosis degree and subsequent open collateral circulation is the key factors influencing the brain blood flow, so to evaluate collateral circulation system helps the scheme of ischemic stroke in a personalized selection, the evaluation of clinical outcomes and stroke risk stratification. We from the anatomic structure of collateral circulation, evaluation methods and clinical significance are summarized as follows.
