隆突成形术治疗中央型肺癌的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨隆突成形术治疗中央型肺癌的临床效果。方法随机选取90例中央型肺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别给予隆突成形术和全肺切除术治疗。结果比较两组术后并发症发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0,05);观察组生存率高于对照组,复发率、转移率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隆突成形术治疗中央型肺癌能远期疗效显著,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of angioplasty in the treatment of central type lung cancer.Methods 90 cases of central type lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, were given carina plasty and pneumonectomy.Results Compared with the two groups of the incidence of postoperative complications,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; survival rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, the recurrence rate, metastasis rate lower of the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Using carina plasty to treat central type lung cancer has long-term effect is significan, which is worthy of application.
