根管治疗联合瘘道刮治治疗慢性瘘道型根尖周炎的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的对根管治疗联合瘘道刮治术治疗慢性瘘道型根尖周炎的临床疗效进行探讨。方法整群选择2010年3月—2012年3月期间该院口腔科收治的148例慢性瘘道型根尖周炎的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统根管治疗,实验组采用根管治疗联合瘘道刮治术。对两组治疗期间瘘道愈合时间进行比较,及术后2年疗效进行比较。结果根管治疗联合瘘道刮治组的疗效明显高于传统根管治疗组(P<0.05)。结论采用根管治疗联合瘘道刮治术对治疗慢性瘘道型根尖周炎疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of root canal therapy combined with fistula curettage in the treatment of chronic sinus periapical periodontitis.Methods 148 patients with chronic fistula type periapical periodontitis treated in the Department of Stomatology from 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The traditional root canal therapy was performed in the control group, while the root canal therapy combined with fistula curettage was used in the experimental group. The fistula healing time and 2 years postoperative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of root canal therapy combined of fistula curettage in the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the traditional root canal therapy in the control group（p〈0.05）.Conclusion The root canal therapy combined with fistula curettage has significant curative effect in the treatment of chronic sinus periapical periodontitis, so it is worth popularizing.
