超声诊断卵巢畸胎瘤误诊分析

摘　　要：目的:对卵巢畸胎瘤的超声鉴别诊断进行总结分析。方法:襄阳职业技术学院附属医院2011年3月至2014年10月期间超声检查诊断出22例畸胎瘤,且经过手术后病理切片确诊。结果:手术后经过病理切片确诊17例,5例误诊。误诊中2例诊断为炎性包块,1例诊断为血肿,1例诊断为巧克力囊肿,1例诊断为恶性肿瘤。结论:超声是鉴别卵巢肿瘤重要检查方之一,为卵巢肿瘤治疗方案的选择及预后提供可靠的诊断依据,值得临床推广。Objective to summarize the ultrasonic differential diagnosis of ovarian teratoma. Methods 22 cases of teratoma were diagnosed by ultrasound in our hospital during March 2011 - October 2014 and had pathological diagnosis after operation. Results after the operation, through the pathological diagnosis, 17 cases were diagnosed, 5 cases were misdiagnosed, among which 2 cases diagnosed with inflammatory mass, 1 case hematoma, 1 case chocolate cyst, 1 case malignant tumor. Conclusion： ultrasound is one of the important means to diagnose ovarian tumors and provides reliable diagnostic basis for ovarian tumor of treatment plan selection and prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion.
