从102例牙列缺损患者修复治疗效果谈合理保留残根

摘　　要：目的探讨保留口腔中残根的生理意义。方法对襄阳职业技术学院附属医院2010年1月至2013年12月102例牙列缺损患者修复治疗一年后义齿使用效果追踪调查,分析义齿使用质量。结果保留残根的患者义齿使用综合满意度明显比拔除残根的患者高。结论合理地保留残根、残冠能够大大提高义齿修复后的咀嚼效率,提升患者生活质量。Objective To discuss the physiological significance of the preservation of residual root in the mouth. Methods Perform a follow-up survey on the effects of restoration of residual root a year after the treatment in the 102 cases of dentition defect in Affiliated Hospital of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College from January, 2010 to December, 2013, analyzing the quality of using denture. Results In terms of using denture, the satisfaction of the patients preserving residual root and crown is significantly higher than that of those removing residual root. Conclusion The reasonable preservation of residual root and crown can greatly improve the masticatory efficiency after denture restoration and patients＇ quality of life.
