摘  要:采用芬兰职业卫生研究所(FIOH)建立的工作能力指数(WAI)调查表中文版对全国气象职业人群进行抽样调查。结果显示:气象工作能力指数平均得分为37.41分,在能力分度中归为"好"类,但仍有6.9%的员工归为"差"类。工作能力主要与自身慢性病数量、年龄、工作年限、学历、学位、业余爱好、每周体育锻炼次数等因素有关系。进一步作多元线性回归分析,得到工作能力指数(Y)与慢性病数量(X1)、年龄(X2)、每周锻炼次数(X3)、业余爱好(X4)的回归方程为Y=40.339-8.01 X1-3.62 X2+2.922 X3+2.637 X4,R2=0.156。This paper makes a sample survey of working staff of meteorological departments in the country with the WAI (Chinese version) established by FIOH. The result indicates: the average WAI score of meteorological departments is 37.41, which can be classified as "good" in the ability rank. However, there are still 6.9% of the staff classified as "bad". The working ability is related to the factors such as the personal chronic diseases, age, years of working, education background, academic degree, the quantity of hobbies, frequency of weekly physical training etc. The further MLR analysis shows that the regression equation of WAI and the number of chronic diseases(X1), age (X2), frequency of weekly physical training (X3), the hobbies (X4) is Y=40.339-8.01 Xi-3.62 X2+2.922 X3+2.637 X4, R2=0.156.
