摘  要:自噬是一个保守的依赖溶酶体的降解途径,可降解长寿命蛋白质、细胞器和部分细胞质,是细胞内的再循环系统。自噬对肿瘤的发展过程扮演双重角色,在肿瘤发生早期,自噬能抑制癌前细胞的持续生长而减少肿瘤的发生;当肿瘤进展到中晚期阶段时,肿瘤细胞可利用自噬机制对抗营养缺乏和缺氧而获得生存。自噬与胃癌的发生、发展有非常密切的联系,但与胃癌发生的详细机制尚不清楚。该文就自噬与胃癌相关肿瘤基因之间的作用关系予以综述,希望能对胃癌的预防和诊治提供新的策略。Autophagy,which is a conserved degradation pathway dependent on lysosomal can degrade longevity protein,organelles and part of the cytoplasmic,and it is the recirculation system within cells.Auto-phagy plays a double-role in the tumor development:in the early onset of tumors,autophagy can reduce the incidence of tumors though inhibiting the continuous growth of precancerous cells;when the tumor progresses into the advanced stage,tumor cells can live with autophagy mechanism against nutritional deficiencies and lack of oxygen to survive.The current studies found that autophage has a very close relationship with the development of gastric cancer,though the specific mechanism remains unclear.Here is to make a review of the correlation between autophagy and gastric cancer-related genes,hoping to provide new strategies for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
