补气托毒消痈方联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补气托毒消痈方治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将80例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予标准三联疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗措施的基础上加予补气托毒消痈方。两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效、不良反应,比较中医证候积分、Hp清除率;随访6个月观察复发率。结果 1治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为95.00%和77.50%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗组与对照组Hp清除率分别为90.00%、72.50%;组间Hp清除率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4随访期间,治疗组复发2例(5.56%),对照组复发6例(20.69%);组间复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补气托毒消痈方联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎,可显著清除Hp,且复发率较低。Objective This paper is to observe the clinical curative effect of helicobacter pylori correlation gastritis treated by＂Buqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction＂.Methods 80 cases of patients with Helicobacter Pylori correlation gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group treated with standard triple therapy;meanwhile treatment group was given ＂Buqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction ＂based on the treatment in control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 14 days with follow-up 6 months.The clinical efficacy,adverse reaction,the change of clinical symptoms,Hp clearance and recurrence were observed during the course.Results ① The overall effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and77.50% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.② Compared before and after the treatment,the difference of the clinical symptoms of TCM in both groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）;compared after the treatment of the two groups,the difference of the clinical symptoms of TCM in both groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.③ Hp clearance of the treatment group was 90.00% and 72.50% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.④ During the follow-up period,there were 2 cases of recurrence（ 5.56%） in the treatment group and 6 cases（20.69%） in the control group,with a difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.⑤No significant difference was found in adverse reaction between the two groups（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion Helicobacter Pylori correlation gastritis treated by＂Buqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction＂combined with triple therapy can get high Hp clearance and low recurrence.
