摘 要:胶印机输墨系统的油墨通过着墨部分传递到承印物上,所以着墨部分性能的好坏对印品的质量有重要的影响.运用有限元模拟软件Ansys Workbench对着墨过程进行模拟仿真,研究当印版网点面积率为100%时,着墨辊与印版间的压力和印刷速度对着墨过程的影响.通过分析可以得出:随着着墨辊和印版间压力的增加,着墨辊1、2的着墨率有增加的趋势,而着墨辊3、4的着墨率则有减小的趋势;随着印刷速度的增加,着墨辊1的着墨率有逐渐变小的趋势,而着墨辊2、3、4的着墨率有逐渐变大的趋势.The performance of inking part of an offset printing machine has an important impact on the quality of printing product because its function is to transfer ink onto the substrate. In this paper, the finite element simulation software Ansys Workbench is used to simulate the inking process, and the influence of the pressure between the inking roller and the plate and the printing speed on the inking process is analyzed when the dot percentage is 100%. Results show that the inking ratio of the first two inking rollers has an increasing trend, however, the inking ratio of the other two inking rollers has an opposite trend along with increasing pressure between the inking roller and the plate. With the increase of the printing velocity, the inking ratio of the first inking rollers has a decreasing trend and inking ratio of the other three inking rollers has an opposite trend.
