脾气虚型亚健康状态大鼠的细胞免疫功能

摘　　要：目的:探讨脾气虚型亚健康状态大鼠细胞免疫功能的改变。方法:多因素干预法(室温水游泳+夹尾+饮食限制等因素)制备脾气虚型亚健康状态大鼠模型,分为亚健康状态1、2、3组,分别给予1、2、3 w的多因素干预,观察大鼠外观特征,计算脾脏指数与胸腺指数,采用免疫荧光流式细胞术检测T淋巴细胞及亚群的表达。结果:与正常组比较,脾气虚型亚健康状态各组大鼠脾脏指数与胸腺指数降低,CD4+、CD45RA+T细胞表达率及CD45RA+/CD45RO+降低,CD4+CD45RO+、CD8+、CD8+CD45RO+、CD45RO+T细胞表达率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:T淋巴细胞亚群数目与比值的改变参与了脾气虚型亚健康状态大鼠的生理变化过程。Objective：To investigate the change of cellular immune function of sub-health state rats with spleen qi deficien-cy. Methods：Rat models were prepared by the method of multi factors intervention（swimming in pool which water temper-ature was at room temperature combined dietary restriction and clampping tail）. Rats were randomly divided into sub-health state 1、2、3 group which were respectively given multi factors intervention for 1、2、3 weeks ,then appearance char-acteristics of rats were observed,spleen index and thymus index were calculated,and expressions of T lymphocyte and its subsets were detected using immunofluorescence flow cytometry. Results：Compared with normal group,index of spleen and thymus of rats,expressions of CD＋4、CD45RA＋and CD45RA＋/CD45RO＋were decreased （P〈0.05）,expressions of CD＋4CD45RO＋、CD8＋、CD8＋CD45RO＋、CD45RO＋were increased（P〈0.05） in sub-health state groups. Conclusion：The changes of number and ra-tio of T lymphocyte and its subsets could participate the process of physiological changes of sub-health state rats with spleen qi deficiency.
