摘　　要：从改革开放以来,伴随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,以及社会的不断进步,带来的是人们的空暇时间的增加。为了达到消遣这些空暇时间和得到身心愉悦的目的,人们对于文化生活和休闲体育的要求也越来越高。有了社会的这些需求,从而催生了休闲体育教育的产生。该文阐述了普遍休闲的社会对建制化休闲体育教育的需求,现代教育对教育本性复归的要求,以及体育运动形式发展的趋势,必然推动了休闲体育教育与学校体育课程的结合。而具有时代气息的休闲体育教育从"发展人"和"为了人的发展"上,更深刻地诠释了身体价值和精神价值、个体价值与社会价值的和谐统一,从而成为社会进步中的和谐"音符"。Since the economic reform and opening up,the rapid development of China＇s economy and the improvement of people＇s living standards,and the progress of society,they bring an increase in people＇s leisure time. In order to entertain these spare time and get happiness purpose,the requirement of people for cultural life and leisure sports becomes higher. With these social demands,it develops the leisure sports education.the universal leisured society＇s demand to feudal leisure education,the request of modern education＇ s returning to natural character,and the development tendency of sports forms,necessarily push forward the combination of leisure education and school sports course. And the change from ＂to develop human＂ to ＂to develop for human＂ of leisure sport education with spirit of the times,has deeply explained the harmonization of physical value and spirit value,individual value and society value, thus becoming the harmonious note in the social advancement.
