摘 要:目的:研究不同提取方法对枇杷叶中齐墩果酸含量测定的影响。方法:以枇杷叶为原料,用回流提取、索式提取、超声提取、微波提取4种方法提取其中的齐墩果酸,薄层扫描法测定齐墩果酸的含量。结果:微波提取法测得齐墩果酸的含量为26.33 mg·g-1,RSD=1.80%,回流提取法测得齐墩果酸含量为24.49 mg·g-1,RSD=3.39%,索式提取法测得齐墩果酸含量为24.28 mg·g-1,RSD=3.46%,超声提取法测得齐墩果酸的含量为23.68 mg·g-1,RSD=1.50%。结论:微波提取法与其他3种提取方法相比较具有提取效率高、操作简单等特点,可作为枇杷叶中齐墩果酸提取的优选方法。Objective: To study on the content deter mination of oleanolic acid in Eriohotryae folium by different extractive methods. Methods : Taking Eriobotryae folium as the material, the four extraction methods were used to extract oleanolic acid, which were the microwave extraction, the ultrasonic extraction, the reflux extraction, the soxhlet extraction. A TLCS method was used to deter minate the content of oleanolie acid. Results : The content of oleanolic acid was 26.33 mg ·g^-1 by microwave extraction ( RSD=1.80% ), 24.49 mg ·g^-1 by the reflux extraction ( RSD=3.39% ),24.28 mg ·g^-1 by the soxhlet extraction ( RSD=3.46% ), 23.68 mg·g^-1 by ultrasonic extraction ( RSD-1.50% ). Conclusion: Compared with the four extraction methods, microwave extraction had the characteristics of high extraction yield and simple operating and so on, so that microwave extraction can be used as an ideal method to extract oleanolic acid in Eriobotryae folium.
