摘　　要：目的：运用循证医学的方法,对传统中医疗法与西药相结合治疗卒中后癫痫的临床疗效进行评价。方法：全面收集传统中医疗法与西药相结合治疗卒中后癫痫的临床试验资料,在严格质量评价的基础上,利用RevMan 5.2软件对多个研究结果的总体效应进行随机效应模型的Meta分析,用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结果：共14篇文章进入研究,实验组与对照组在总有效方面（RR=1.26,95%CI：1.18-1.34,P〈0.001）差异有显著统计学意义,实验组疗效总有效方面明显高于对照组,漏斗图图形较对称。结论：传统中医疗法与西药相结合治疗的疗效较单纯用西药治疗好。但由于文献数量较少、文献方法学质量较低,发生偏倚的可能性高,尚需要更大样本的研究、更详尽数据的记录以及更合理的实验方法来进一步明确传统中医疗法与西药相结合治疗脑卒中后癫痫的疗效及其机制。Objective ： To perform a meta-analysis of studies that explored the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with western medicine treatment in treating post- stroke epilepsy. Methods： We systematically searched the clinical trials about the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with western medicine treatment. Study quality for each included article was evaluated strictly, and the overall effects of many research results were analysed by the meta-analysis.Then, publication bias were analysed by the funnel plot. All the data were analysed using RevMan V.5.2 software. Results ： Fourteen randomized controlled trials satisfied all the inclusion criteria for the meta-analysis. As a result, the total effective rate and cured rate of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with western medicine treatment for post-stroke epilepsy Were significantly superior to those of the control group （ RR=1.26,95%CI： 1.18-1.34, P〈0.001 ）. The funnel plot is symmetrical. Conclusions ： The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with western medicine treatment has more positive effects on post-stroke epilepsy than those of treatment with western medicine alone. However, most of the trials are the poor quality of the available studies.Thus, larger and more methodologically sound trials are needed to further definitively clarify the efficacy and mechanism.
