摘　　要：目的:系统评价护肝片与其它方案治疗脂肪性肝病疗效的差异。方法:系统检索中国学术文献总库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数字化期刊库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pub Med、The Cochrane Library及Cochrane对照试验注册资料库,根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献,评价文献质量。两人独立提取研究资料,交叉检查所得资料,采用Cochrane协作网提供的软件Review Manager 5.2软件进行研究资料的统计分析。结果:纳入6篇随机对照试验,共治疗370例脂肪性肝病患者。有效率研究之间无明显异质(χ2=3.17,df=5,P=0.67>0.1),有效率的OR=0.20和95%的CI为[0.11,0.35],试验组护肝片与对照组常规方案在疗效方面有显著性差异(P<0.000 01)。结论:护肝片与常规方案相比,护肝片治疗脂肪性肝病的疗效更为确切,而且副作用小,能指导临床医生用药。Objective ： To review the efficacy of Hugan Tablet in the treatment of fatty liver disease. Methods ： Retrieving papers from China national knowledge infrastructure （ CNKI ）, Weipu database （ VIP ）, China biology medicine （ CBM ）, Wanfang Data, Pubmed and cochrane central register of controved trials （ CENTRAL ） .Two reviewers independently perused the papers retrieved, screened out the unaceepted ones according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and had their outcomes cross-checked and evaluate the quality of them. Software Review Manager 5.2 was used for analysis. Results ： A total of 6 studies including 370 fatty liver disease patients. The merged data shows Hugan Tablet had a higher effective rate in treating fatty liver disease, and there is no significant heterogeneity between Hugan Tablet group and control group （ X 2=3-17, dr-5, P=0.67〉0.1 ）, OR=0.20195% CI （0.11,0.35 ）].Meta-analysis results show that clinical efficacy of Hugan Tablet was better than that of the control group in the treatment of fatty liver disease and there was a significant difference （ P〈0.000 01 ） .Conclusion ： Hugan Tablet had better efficacy in the treatment of fatty liver disease than other conventional therapy with fewer adverse effects, which may guide the clinical treatment for the doctors.
