军事化管理环境下慢性胃炎患者体质类型分析

摘　　要：目的:调查并分析军事化管理环境下慢性胃炎的常见体质类型,总结规律,以指导临床治疗。方法:收集200例军事化管理环境下的慢性胃炎患者的临床资料,根据王琦的体质9分法量表进行体质类型判定;同时以单纯随机抽样法抽取军事化管理环境下的300例样本作为对照组,调查基础人群体质变化,之后对分类结果进行统计分析。结果:200例患者中,气郁质和湿热质占主要组成部分,依次占24.5%和20.5%;病程的初期以气郁质和湿热质为主,中期以气郁质和血瘀质为主,后期以气郁质和痰湿质为主,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组的体质分析可以看出随着处在环境下的时间的增长,气郁质的样本量升高,与本病的发病有关。结论:军事化管理环境下慢性胃炎患者的体质整体上以气郁质和湿热质为主,但疾病的不同阶段患者体质组成不同,提示了疾病的发展规律,可以更有效的指导临床辨证论治。Objective： To investigate and analyze the common constitution type, the militarization of the management environment of chronic gastritis and summarize the law, in order to guide the clinical treatment. Methods ： The clinical data collected 200 cases of military management under the environment of the patients with chronic gastritis, according to WANG Qi＇s 9 points scale physical type determination; at the same time, 300 cases of simple random sampling to sample the militarization of the management environment as the control group, on the basis of population changes in the constitution, after the classification results are statistical analysis. Results ： In 200 patients, qi and damp heat accounted for the major part, which accounted for 24.5% and 20.5%; course of disease in the early stage of qi stagnation and dampness heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis in the mid late matter, to qi and yang deficiency, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Analysis of the control group constitution can be seen as in the environment of growth time, qi samples increases, and the pathogenesis of this disease. Conclusion ： The constitution of patients with chronic gastritis militarization management environment on the whole to qi stagnation and dampness heat, but in different stages of patients with physical disease composition is different, the development rules of the disease, can more effectively guide the clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
