摘 要:对于铆接加筋壁板的稳定性问题,工程上采用基于Euler公式的线性屈曲公式进行稳定性校核。该方法一方面比较保守;另一方面,当问题涉及到弹性边界条件时,计算结果的精度存在不确定性。采用有限元方法对结构的承载能力进行仿真模拟,有助于去除分析过程中的人为因素,提高分析精度和可靠度,从而发掘结构的承载潜力。文章通过对设定的试验件,使用约翰逊—欧拉公式、大型有限元分析软件(MSC/NASTRANABAQUS)并结合试验进行稳定性对比分析。Euler formula was used for calibrating the stability of riveted stiffened panels during engineering calculation. The approach was conservative and its accuracy is uncertain when it was used to deal with the question relates to the elastic boundary conditions. Finite element method for calculating bearing capacity of the structure was helpful to remove the human factor and improve the accuracy of analysis. In present work ,the stability of upper panel on the wing of domestic airliner was studied by using analytic method based on Johnson-Euler equations , numerical simulation (MSC/NASTRAN ABAQUS,etc.) and practical experiment.
