摘　　要：本文引进国外先进的教育理念、教学模式和教学方法,并结合中国学生的特点,改变传统的教学方法,构建研究型和互动型教学新模式。"计算机结构与组成"课程教学改革包括理论课教学和实验课教学,可以为学生营造一个开拓性的教育环境,使学生在计算机组成与结构功能设计方面既具有较好的理论基础,又具有较强的设计开发能力。改革成果已在自动化和电子信息专业内实施,取得了较好的效果。This paper introduces the foreign advanced education concept,teaching mode and teaching method. Traditional teaching methods are changed based on the characteristics of the Chinese students and the new research and interactive teaching mode are constructed. The full English course of computer architecture and organization teaching system is established and perfected,including the theory teaching and experiment teaching. And a pionee-ring education environment for the students is built,which endows students with both a good theoretical basis and strong ability of design and development in computer organization and structure design. Good results have been achieved within the automation and electronic information major.
