摘  要:随着"虐童"事件的频繁发生,看到目前我国幼儿教育违法现象面临的现状,研究探索引起"虐童"事件频繁发生的原因,提出可行性对策:健全儿童保护法律制度,遏制"虐童"思想的萌生;政府加大投资力度,提高幼儿教师待遇;利用幼儿教师职业培训提高幼儿教师队伍整体素质;加强幼儿教师及幼儿家长的法制教育。With child abuses happening with increasing frequency in China , and in light of the notorious illegal practices inherent in China ’ s preschool education , this paper presents a discussion on the causes of child abuses and proposes relevant countermeasures to address rampant child abuses in Chinese kindergartens .Such measures include improving the legal system of the protection of children and safeguard children ’ s rights and interests accord-ing to the law, increasing government investment in preschool education and enhancing kindergarten teachers ’ wel-fare and benefits , boosting the overall quality of preschool teachers by introducing pertinent professional training programs, and strengthening legal education on both kindergarten school teachers and children ’s parents.
