摘　　要：总结中医七情学说研究的状况,提出存在的4方面问题:继承有余,创新不足;逻辑混乱,概念不清;现代成果,融通困难;理论解释,牵强附会。指出对七情学说的研究,应该在继承的基础上更加重视创新,跳出传统中医七情概念的束缚,充分吸收、借鉴当代科学的知识与方法,提升科学研究水平与逻辑思维能力,突出中医特色,围绕基本与复合诸多情志与脏腑的关系,情志病因的形成、致病特点、机制,情志与中医病证诊治的关系,情志调节等诸多方面,从整体、联系、动态的角度出发,进行全方位的研究。Concerning the studies of the seven-emotions, the four major problems are listed such as confusing among concepts and logic, too much efforts being put on absorbing theories rather than innovation, difficulties in utilizing the researched results, and weak foundations to the conclusion achieved. A solution to the above problems is offered in the paper. Namely, traditional Chinese medicine needs a holistic research into theories concerning emotions, specifically involving a deep research into＇the relationships among emotions, zang and fu, mechanisms of the emotional disease, differentiation between diagnosis and theories involved. It is essential to the emotions study in traditional Chinese medicine that researches have to jump out of the constraints of ancient conceptions, and that utilization of modern scientific methods and accurate logical deductions are the key factors in the study involved.
