应用红外热成像技术对上市妇科中成药的临床再评价研究

摘　　要：上市中成药的再评价方法研究是目前中成药临床再评价研究的热点和难点,应用红外热成像技术对妇科上市中成药的再评价研究是一种新的方法学尝试。文章就应用红外热成像对上市妇科中成药女金胶囊、花红胶囊、新生化颗粒、左归丸、右归丸、补血益母颗粒的药性、靶向性及药物功效的研究进行了述评,提示红外热成像技术是再评价上市中成药研究重要的辅助参考方法。The study on re-evaluation methods has become the hot and difficult spot in the clinical of the Chinese patent medicine in the market. The application of infrared thermal imaging technology to re-evaluate the gynecological Chinese patent medicine is a new methodological try. In this article, we review studies on infrared thermal imaging using to evaluate the basic drug properties, targeting features and drug efficacies of the gynecological Chinese patent medicine： Nyujin Capsule, Huahong Capsule, Xinshenghua Granule, Zuogui Pill, Yougui Pill, Buxue Yimu Granule, in the market, and the results imply that infrared thermal imaging technology is one of the critical auxiliary reference methods to re-evaluate the Chinese patent medicine in the market.
