石斛合剂序贯方不同剂型治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较石斛合剂序贯方颗粒剂与丸剂临床疗效。方法:选取2012年6月-2014年9月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院、国医堂收治的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者240例,分为A、B、C、D组各60例,A组给予石斛合剂序贯方丸剂,B组给予石斛合剂序贯方颗粒剂,C组给予患者安慰剂丸剂治疗,D组给予安慰剂颗粒剂。治疗前后2个月进行中医证候、糖尿病相关指标及肝肾功能指标检测。结果:治疗后A组各项指标均显著优于B、C、D组(P<0.05),4组患者治疗期间均无无显著不良反应。结论:石斛合剂序贯方丸剂治疗T2DM疗效显著优于颗粒剂。Objective： To compare the curative effect of different dosage forms of Dendrobium Mixture Sequential Formula. Methods： 240 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） were selected from the Second People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and national physician hall from June 2012 to September 2014 and randomly divided into group A, B, C, and D with 60 patients in each group. Patients in group A were treated with Dendrobium Mixture Sequential Formula pills, patients in group B were treated with Dendrobium Mixture Sequential Formula granules, patients in group C were treated with placebo pills, and patients in group D were treated with placebo granules. Before and after treatment for 2 months, the TCM syndrome, diabetic related indicators and hepatic and renal function were detected. Results： After treatment, all the indexes of patients in group A were superior to group B, C, and D （P〈0.05）, and there was no obvious adverse reactions of all the patients in the four groups. Conclusion： The curative effect of Dendrobium Mixture Sequential Formula pills on T2DM was superior to granules.
