The Introduction of the Construction and Management Experiences of the Rehabilitation Department in Our Hospital

摘　　要：本院脑病康复科经过10余年的建设及发展,特别是2007年独立以来,发展一直比较顺利,目前已经成为拥有工作人员36人、独立编制床位48张、实际开放床位达60张的较大型临床科室,年独立收治住院患者540余例,门诊及科间协作治疗约9000余例,各项主要业务指标均达院内较先进水平,并逐年递增。科室在发展过程中不仅参与了国家中医药管理局"十一五"重点专科"脑病中心"的建设过程,而且参与了医院创建"三级甲等"中医医院的评审。在2007年国家"中医中药中国行"活动中,本科室成为"泰安站"活动的亮点,其中医特色得到了国家、省、市等中医药管理部门领导的高度肯定。在发展中,科室各项工作逐渐走向规范和成熟,逐渐建设成为了"泰安市残疾人中西医结合康复治疗中心"及泰安市"中医特色专科",是山东省内发展较好的中医院康复科室之一。本文就本科的发展过程及管理经验做一简要介绍,供国内同道参考。Encephalopathy rehabilitation center is a larger clinical department of Tai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital which had 48 beds independent and reached to 60 beds in fact .There are 36 staffs in the center containing doctors and rehabilitative therapists.There are more than 540 cases of in-patients every year and the treatment of outpatient service and collaboration among departments reached to almost 9000 cases each year.The key performance indicators increased year by year in the center and it is better than most of other department in our hospital.The center has not only been involved in the construction process of “encephalopathy center” in “eleven five”period proposed by the State Administration of Chinese Medicine,but also participated in creating the three level first-class hospital.In 2007,the center became the highlights of ＂Tai’an station＂ in the activities of ＂The Road of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China＂,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the center was approved by the leaders of the national,provincial and city department of traditional Chinese medicine.In the development process,the department has became standard and mature gradually and became the“rehabilitation center combined traditional Chinese and western medicine of Tai’an for disabled persons”and “traditional Chinese medicine subject”,our department has became one of the better rehabilitation departments in Shandong province.The aim of this subject is to introduce the development process and management experiences of this center for reference.
