摘 要:目的对我国当前的护理教学管理现存的问题进行探究,同时对优良的教学模式进行分析与总结。方法择取该院实习的100例护士,对其实习效果作出分析,随机将其分为观察组与参照组,对观察组行以改革后的全新教学管理模式,对参照组行以改革前的教学管理模式。对观察组和参照组中实习护士在理论、操作考试中得到的分数,以及实习者对于其对应的教学管理模式的满意度进行详尽的调查与分析,进而总结出优良的教学模式。结果观察组实习成绩、理论与操作的考试分数、教学管理模式的总体满意度均优于参照组,其差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论改革后的全新教学管理模式成效极高,于实际中的护理教学管理之中具有较高地推广和应用价值。Objective To explore our current nursing teaching management existing problems, at the same time on the excellent teaching mode were analyzed and summarized.Methods Choose 100 cases of?nurses in our hospital practice,analysis of the effect of practice make,randomly divided into observation group and control group,to observe the line with new teaching management mode reform?after the reference group, on the line tobefore the reform of teaching management model. The observation group and the reference group practice nurses obtained in theory, the operation of the exam scores, and the practice offull investigation and analysis for the corresponding management model of teachingsatisfaction, and summed up the excellent teaching mode. Results The overall satisfaction of observation group practice, theory and operation achievement test scores, teaching and management mode is better than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant,P&lt;0.05.Conclusion The new mode of teaching manage-ment of high effect after the reform of nursing teaching management in practice, the relatively high promotion and application value.
