摘　　要：职务评聘工作的正常开展,对于促进专业技术人员业务水平的提高、调动医务工作人员的积极性、促进医疗卫生事业的发展具有重要作用。做好专业技术职务评聘工作,首先要规范确定评聘条件要求。无论评聘合一或是评聘分开,做好考核工作是处理好评与聘关系的重点。评聘工作要平稳推进,需要相应的思想政治工作作为评聘工作的保障。Appraisaling of professional titles plays an important part in improving technical personnel professional skills, mobiliz-ing the enthusiasm of medical staff and promoting the development of medical and health services. First of all, drawing up the clear requirements of professional titles. Secondly assessment work is the key point of the appraisal of professional titles. And thirdly making ideological and political work well.
