进展性缺血性脑卒中的发病率及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨进展性缺血性脑卒中在本地区较为客观确切的发病率及其原因。方法收集本院3年间住院治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者4738例,其中纳入进展性缺血性脑卒中病例239例,进展性缺血性脑卒中的发病率约为5.04%,将其发病率与各个实验中心所报道的进展性缺血性脑卒中的发病率进行比较。结果本实验与各个实验中心所报道的进展性缺血性脑卒中的发病率比较明显偏低,P<0.01,具有显著性差异。结论进展型卒中的发病率各个临床报道资料差异相当大,其关键是与各级统计单位级别的不同及纳入标准的差异和现阶段诊治及防治水平的提高等因素相关。Objective To develop the precise and objective incidence of ischemic stroke in progression and its analysis of inlfuence factors.Methods？4738？patients？with？ischemic？stroke？were？enrolled？in？Luoyang？central？hospital,？among？them,？239？cases？were？classified？as？ischemic？stroke？in？progression,？the？incidence？of？ischemic？stroke？in？progression？is？5.04%,？and？the？incidence？of？ischemic？stroke？in？progression？in？Luoyang？central？hospital？and？various？experimental？center？were？compared.？Results？The？incidence？of？ischemic？stroke？in？progression？in？Luoyang？central？hospital？is？lower？than？various？experimental？center,？P〈0.01, there were signiifcant differences between them.Conclusions There were signiifcant differences of the incidence of ischemic stroke in progression？according？to？various？clinical？reports？data,？the？key？factors？are？the？different？inclusion？criteria,？different？statistical？units？and？the？improvement？of？diagnosis？and？treatment？level.
