结膜松弛症合并泪阜肥大引起溢泪的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨结膜松弛症和泪阜肥大引起溢泪的手术治疗的疗效。方法采用结膜新月形切除术联合泪阜肥大部分切除术治疗22例44只眼结膜松弛症合并泪阜肥大,术后随访观察手术效果并进行分析。结果术后6个月22例44只眼治愈33只眼(75.0%),有效7只眼(15.9%),总有效率90.9%。结论结膜松弛新月形切除联合泪阜肥大部分切除术治疗结膜松弛症合并泪阜肥大引起的溢泪方法简单、安全有效、易于掌握。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for epiphora caused by conjunctivochalasis with lacrimalcaruncle hypertrophy. Methods 22 cases（44 eyes） of conjunctivochalasis with lacrimal caruncle hypertrophy were treated by operation. Adopted the crescent shaped conjunctiva resection combined with partial excision of lacrimalcaruncle hypertrophy. They were followed up after surgery, observed and analyzed the operation effect. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months. 33 eyes in 44 eyes were cured （75.0%）. 7 eyes were effective （15.9%）. The total effective rate was 90.9%. Conclusion The method of crescent shaped conjunctiva resection combined with partial excision of hypertroph lacrimalcaruncle for treating conjunctivochalasis with lacrimal caruncle hypertrophy was simple, safe and effective, and easy to master.
