丹参川芎嗪与天麻素联用治疗急性脑梗死伴高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用丹参川芎嗪与天麻素治疗急性脑梗死伴高血压病的疗效。方法选择90例诊断为急性脑梗死并伴有高血压病的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组为50例,给予丹参川芎嗪与天麻素治疗;对照组40例,单用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,10 d为1个疗程。治疗前后分别测定血液流变学、血压及肝肾功能指标,同时观察临床疗效。结果在降血压和改善血液流变学指标等方面,治疗组优于对照组两组的有效率分别为98%、87.5%(P<0.05)。结论联合应用丹参川芎嗪与天麻素治疗急性脑梗死伴高血压病者安全且效果好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarction with hypertension by Salviae Miltiorrhizae Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection and Gastrodin Injection. Methods 90 acute cerebral infarction patients with hypertension, randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group, the treatment group has 50 cases, the contrast group has 40 cases. The treatment group is treated by Salviae Miltiorrhizae Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection and Gastrodin Injection. The contrast group is treated without Gastrodin. A course of treatment is 10 days. Blood rheology, Blood pressure,Liver and kidney function indexes were measured before and after treatment. Observe the clinical effect at the same time. Results In the aspects of improving blood viscosity and reducing blood pressure, the treatment group is better than that of the contrast group. The efifciency of the two groups reached 98%and 87.5%, respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Gastrodin Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective.
