摘　　要：以2008—2012年中国知网收录的CSSCI来源期刊中20篇关于资本结构研究的高影响力文献为研究对象,围绕资本结构与企业绩效、融资偏好、公司治理、产业因素、宏观因素的关系以及资本结构的动态调整等六个方面,对资本结构的相关内容进行综述。With 20 high-impact research papers from the CSSCI source journals in CNKI from 2008 to 2012 as research objects, this paper summarized the research of capital structure from six aspects： corporate performance, financing preference, corporate governance, industry factors, macroeconomic factors and the dynamic adjustment of capital structure.
