对高校弱势学生群体就业问题的相关研究

摘　　要：高校弱势学生群体是指在高校校园中,由于自身性别、家庭经济贫困、生理残疾等等原因而处于劣势地位,并且在自己的学习、生活、乃至后来的就业上出现障碍的学生群体。高校弱势学生群体由于自身的不利因素,所承受的就业压力及遭受到的不公平待遇引发了全社会的广泛关注。本文便是对这些现象进行分析的。In the group of disadvantaged students in colleges and universities is to point to in the campus, because of their gender, family economic poverty at a disadvantage status, physical disability, and so on reasons, and in their own learning, life, and even later obstacles on the employment of students. Disadvantaged students in colleges and universities groups because of their adverse factors, on the employment pressure and suffered the unfair treatment caused the wide attention of the whole society. This paper is to analyze these phenomena.
