摘　　要：通过文献检索,查阅近十年来发表的有关大肠癌证型分布及生物学基础研究的文献,总结证型分布特征及生物学基础,结果发现,大肠癌常见中医证型以及所涉及分子生物学基础分别是:大肠癌湿热蕴结证和气血亏虚证患者与正常人的蛋白质表达有差异;VEGF、EGF基因表达差异可作为大肠癌脾气亏虚证客观量化的参考指标之一;大肠癌瘀血内证患者与外周血PTEN、CD的表达存在相关性;大肠癌肝肾阴虚证的分子基础涉及组建炎性细胞因子网络。大肠癌的常见证型的分布以及相关分子生物学的研究,可能有助于更好地理解用中医的证治疗癌症的现代策略。According to literature review, refer to the literature about the syndrome distribution and biology of colorec-tal cancer published in recent ten years, summarize syndromes distribution characteristics and biological basis. The re-sults showed that the syndrome distribution and the involved biological basis of colorectal cancer are as follow： there are different between patients with accumulation of damp heat syndrome and deficiency of Qi and blood deficiency and normal people in protein expression; VEGF, EGF gene expression can be used as a reference index of quantitatively e-valuating the colorectal cancer patients of temper deficiency;there is a correlation between the PTEN, CD expression of peripheral blood and colorectal cancer patients of blood stasis;molecular basis of colorectal cancer patients of Yin defi-ciency of liver and kidney relates to the formation of inflammatory cytokine network. Study of the distribution of com-mon type of syndrome of colorectal cancer and mosquito-related molecular contributes to a better understanding of modern strategy of treating cancer using syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.
