脑血栓患者治疗前后血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p水平的比较分析

摘　　要：目的：研究分析脑血栓患者治疗前、后机体血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p含量。方法选择2014年4月～2015年4月期间在我院进行治疗的600例脑血栓患者，均应用奥扎格雷进行治疗。结果治疗后2、4、8周，患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p 含量为（32.24±8.57）%、（24.26±8.39）%、（12.25±6.39）%与治疗前的（50.26±9.83）%相比， P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p含量可作为临床诊断、治疗脑血栓的一项重要指标。Objective To study the analysis of cerebral thrombosis patients before and after the body content of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p. Methods 600 patients with cerebral thrombosis during April 2014～2015 in our hospital were selected, have used the gray treatment.Results 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment, patients with platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p content is （32.24±8.57） %, （24.26±8.39） %, （12.25±6.39） % and treatment （50.26±9.83） %, compared to before,P＜0.05, the differences was statistically significant.Conclusion Platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p content can be used as an important index for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebral thrombosis.
