摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾类癌的临床特征及病理特点。方法选取我院收治的1 753例行阑尾切除术并证实阑尾类癌的5例患者,对5例患者进行临床特征及病理特点分析。结果对本组5例患者均进行单纯阑尾切除手术。术后,经病理检查淋巴结内未见转移,切缘无癌组织侵及。其中,1例肿瘤处于根部的患者,在术后2个月做回盲部切除手术。5例患者术后,均未进行化疗,所有患者都在随访结束的时间内存活,未出现复发和转移。结论阑尾类癌是低度恶性的内分泌肿瘤,大多数患者的预后良好。Objective To discuss the clinical features and pathological features of carcinoid of appendix.Methods1 753 cases of appendectomy patients in our hospital were selected. 5 cases of carcinoid of appendix were conifrmed and analyzed by clinical and pathological features.ResultsWe did not found lymph node metastasis and margin carcinoma invading by pathological examination in 5 cases of simple appendectomy patients. One patient＇s tumor was in the roots and ileocecal resectionafter 2 months. 5 patients in this group were not doing chemotherapy. All patients followed at the end follow-time were alive and no tumor recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion Carcinoid of appendix is a low-grade malignant carcinoid tumors of endocrine, most of the patients prognosis is very good.
