浅谈基层医院麻醉科的现状及对策

摘　　要：随着新医改政策的持续推进和人民生活水平的提高以及等级医院创建,虽然各个地方都已经成立麻醉组委会,每年对各个医院麻醉科进行麻醉质控检查,但是对于基层医院来说还是存在很多的隐患。本文就对目前我院麻醉科存在的问题以及针对问题如何采取有效的管理措施进行完善展开了探讨,希望通过对基层医院麻醉科存在问题的剖析,能够为现代医院的管理提供一些意见和建议,更有效的提升基层医院麻醉科的管理质量。With the pushing forward of the new medical reform policy and the improvement of people＇s living standard and improving hospital level, department of anesthesia is an important part of hospital, hospital management affects the overall management of the hospital, but about the grass-roots hospital still exist many hidden dangers. This article on the current problems existing in our hospital department of anesthesiology, aiming at the problem of how to take effective management measures for improvement are discussed, hope that through to the basic unit hospital anesthesiology problems analysis, can provide some opinions and suggestions for the modern hospital management, improve management quality of anesthesiology, more effective the grass-roots hospital.
