牙周病患者截根术治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨截根术治疗牙周病的临床方法效果。方法2013年10月～2014年10月收治的牙周病患者30例临床截根术治疗资料方法进行分析。结果经治疗术后6个月复查，经治疗成功28例，发生根折1例，牙松动拔除1例。结论截根术是去除多根牙的一根或两根，保留相对健康的余根，而冠的大部分不受影响的手术方法，多用于上颌磨牙。半牙切除术则是切除牙根及相应的牙冠。后者多用于下颌磨牙。Objective To investigate the treatment of clinical methods Root cutting effect of periodontal disease. Methods Patients with periodontal disease were treated 30 cases of clinical treatment of data root cutting methods of analysis in October 2013～October 2014.Results After 6 months after treatment, 28 cases were treated successfully, the occurrence of root fracture in 1 case, 1 case of loose teeth removal. Conclusion Root cutting operation is to remove a plurality of teeth of one or two, to retain relatively healthy than root, and most unaffected surgical crown, used for maxillary molars. Semi dental surgery is to remove the root and the corresponding crown. The latter are used for mandibular molars.
